At Zymoko, we are masters of our craft and genuine beer lovers. With over 40 years professional brewery experience between us, you can rest easy that you're in very capable hands.
We want dealing with us to feel just like having your own facility, but without any of the challenges. Working closely with Founder and Head Brewer John Magill as your main contact, you are always directly and intimately connected to the production process and the team.
We understand what it takes to bring a top-quality product to market. We’re brewers first and foremost and we offer our contract brewing services with the same commitment and passion we first came into this industry with.
Professionally and efficiently supported by Lewis and the Admin and Logistics team, we aim to offer a seamless experience from ordering through to delivery and smiles all round.
THE FACILITY
Completely independent, brewer-owned and run, Zymoko is a 20BBL facility with 40,000L fermentation capacity based in East Devon. It is part of Powderkeg Brewery, founded in 2014 as Devon's craft beer pioneers.
We offer packaging into keg, can or cask in-house, and bottling via a partner.
We are SALSA plus Beer accredited.
As a dedicated contract brewing service, your production is our priority. We will always look to work with you in a responsive, timely way, and with the flexibility that will inevitably be required.
