BREWING SERVICES FOR BEER PIONEERS

A New Product Development Service for Start-Ups & Upstarts
We turn your concept into a recipe and process, followed by test brewing, feedback and finally scaling to commercially viable volumes. Alongside, we offer support and guidance to navigate starting up a brewing business.
We're specialists in all styles. We have extensive experience brewing lagers, pale ales, stouts, alc-free, gluten-free, vegan and functional beers; with over 100 different beers brewed in the last 10 years.
HOW IT WORKS
Whether you're starting up a side-hustle, aiming for market-leading glory, or just adding to your existing range, our Idea-to-Beer service lets you instantly join a vastly experienced, multi-award-winning team, all focussed on making your concept into an A-grade reality.
It’s a 2-phase process. Phase 1 defines your product and produces small test brews to refine recipe and process. Phase 2 is a seamless upscaling to a commercial run of 2000-3000 litres, producing your first stock for sale.
Phase 1
Phase 1 is a fixed-cost New Product Development service that draws a straight line from Idea to Beer. It brings extensive experience to your NPD process and removes considerable risk. At the end, you’ll have a beer you’re proud of and the confidence you need to proceed to launch.
We’ll guide you through the following stages:
- Initial consultation and beer discussion;
- Recipe and process development;
- First pilot brew;
- Taste testing with friends, colleagues and potential customers;
- Feedback and recipe adjustment;
- Second pilot batch;
- Second samples;
- Feedback discussion, Cost of Goods estimate for the final product and Phase 2 Outline.
Phase 2
We take your product to its first larger-scale production run of between 2,000 and 3,000L.
- Final review of pilot brewing results;
- Discussion around packaging choices and process technicalities;
- Advice on packaging design and brand guidelines;
- Recipe scaling and final processing options;
- Inaugural full brew - ferment, process and package;
- Lab testing for product benchmarking;
- Create a beer profile report;
